    Favorite shampoo I've used Alba botanica for a while now. My hair is really fine and easily damaged so I decided to avoid anything with sulfates and other damaging properties. My hair has never looked better since I began using this brand; I just let it air dry and rarely do anything to it, while with other shampoos, I've always had to do extra. The smell is great and while it doesn't lather as much, due to the lack of sulfates, it is a wonderful product and I don't see myself switching any time soon.As a side note, the original bottle I ordered came leaking all over the box, but it was promptly replaced. There isn't a seal on the bottle since it has a pump, which is why it was leaking. No complaints here, though. 5Works well and priced rightI have tried countless natural shampoos and conditioners and this one has become my go to brand. The ingredients are mostly natural and the product actually works. The problem I've encountered with so many natural products is that it actually doesn't work very well (ie shampoo not foaming or conditioner not actually helping to detangle, etc) so I think there has to be a balance of good ingredients and product effectiveness. Why pay more for better ingredients if they don't actually work--that's my biggest frustration with natural products. This is what I found works best for my hair. An added bonus is I love the smell of the coconut and it's priced well for such a large size.5FAKEThis product is not even close to the real thing. I am so disappointed, but I guess I should have known that the cheap price was too good to be true. See in my pictures that compare what is supposed to be the same product. The bottles are identical, but the darker squirt on the right is from the bottle I had already, that I bought at Sprouts, and the white squirt on the left is from this product. This one is lighter, thinner, does not have the dark specks like the real product, and does not have the same coconut scent. It also did nothing for my hair when I tried using it to compare for the heck of it. LOVE them! Coconut smells wonderful. Hair feels healthier, cleaner, with no stiffness or residue. Love the conditioner as well. Light and gently moisturizes. Huge fan of the shower body wash and especially the body lotion. My skin just inhales it. Her sunscreen and facial products are excellent too. Total fan of Jessica Alba products. The picture attached is of the product in the bag, as you can see there is conditioner all over the bag and bottle. Had the pump broken I would have sent back but I can't be bothered to do all that since it works. The outer box came without damage3DANDRUFFI thought I loved this shampoo and conditioner, and I did at first, until I broke out with insane dandruff! The bottom side of the box was slit open, as if someone stuck their arm in there.2. The box was huge compared to the products in plastic. There was nothing to keep the bottles from banging around on the inside like the bubble or air filled plastic to fill between the box & the bottles.3. I right away noticed that their was a texture difference, thinking it was just me after using the product I noticed the smell and my hair did NOT feel the same way that it did using the other conditioner. Went to Marshall s where they also sell alba products opened the conditioner and sure enough it was thicker smelt better and was what I should have received and confirmed that I had ordered/received a water down fake version. Really disappointed that I was dupped. First time that this has happened on amazon. Please be aware.1
