    Great product hard to get out. Great product but a pain in the behind to get out of the container. You have to chip away at with a spoon or knife to get any out. When you need anything larger than a 1/4 a cup it is annoying. 4... first time I purchased this product I was very happy with it because it came in a nice container ... This first time I purchased this product I was very happy with it because it came in a nice container for personal use. This time it came in a block form so it was disappointing 2Dried out and hard as a rock This product was dried out and rock hard when it arrived, and the interior seal was separating from the jar (exterior wrap was fine). I have no experience with cocoa butter, but it was definitely not usable without chipping it out and melting it first. This is fine for my purposes (I mix it with oils to make lotions and must melt it all together anyway), but might be surprising to those that want to use it straight out of the jar. 3This cocoa butter is wonderful! It works much better than the sort you ... This cocoa butter is wonderful! It works much better than the sort you buy in a tube at the store. It is a hard, solid block, but is easy to use without mixing it with another softer butter. I scoop some into the palm of my hand, let it melt and within seconds I have a lotion to spread due to the cocoa butter's low melting point. Some times I just rub it between my palms, prayer hand style. You won't believe how much richer it is than the tube cocoa butter. Well worth the price! 5Very Strongly Scented... I did a lot of research on cocoa butter before purchasing. I like that this product came in a sealed container with a label. Other products are in baggies that spill everywhere and I was not interested in that. The product came exactly as advertised, but I did not like it very much because it smelled SO STRONGLY of dark chocolate. I was expecting some scent but this smell is very overpowering that you will smell like a brownie for the rest of the day if you use this product in a lotion. It is so strong that I don't think it can be masked with other scents. I made lotion that included 1/4 cup of cocoa butter, 1/4 cup shea butter, 1/4 coconut oil and 1/4 sweet almond oil. (For anyone interested, melt these oils down and then refrigerate them until they solidify a bit. Then you whip them using a hand mixer and it becomes this beautiful frosting-like lotion). Even though the coccoa butter was only 1/4 of the recipe, it was SO overpowering. You can smell it from the next room while you're whipping it up.I can't knock the product because it is exactly as advertised but my word of warning is if you would like to use this to make a product that is scented like anything other than chocolate, this is not the cocoa butter for you! I learned after that there are other products that are deodorized and I think that would have been better suited for me. That being said I am still using my "chocolate lotion" and will keep using the product. 4Pretty darn good. I like that this smells nice. I also like that it makes my skin soooo soft. You have no idea! The only thing that I noticed is that this is a bit hard, even after I whipped this together with a bit of coconut and vitamin E oil. I have to rub it between two hands before rubbing it on as a moisturizer. 4I take the easy route I put mine in the microwave The initial smell takes a little time to get use to. I have heard about they many benefits of cocoa butter, since I use natural products it has been difficult to find products to keep my skin soft.I have tried many different products. This one by far has restored my skin to its original softness, before I went natural.It is very hard to work with your hands until soft enough to smooth onto the skin. I take the easy route I put mine in the microwave, on the soften setting so that I can easily rub it into my skin.It makes my skin appear to be a little greasy looking and feeling for just a few minutes, until it soaks in. It makes me smell faintly like chocolate through out the day.I have used organic coconut oil for years, however I always seem to have dry spots on ky legs and elbows. After switching that no longer is a problem. 5love this 100% cocoa butter even made my stretch marks less visible! I love cocoa butter. This one is pure, smell good and absorbs into my skin. I miss it with coconut oil and it improved my skin texture and look. my skin is so much more softer and smoother. I have some very old stretch marks on my legs and its less visible. The stretch mark is still there but because the cocoa butter and coconut oil helped I improve the texture of my skin it made my stretch marks less silvery. I've used cocoa butter with coconut oil for about. couple of years but just recently switch to this pure form of cocoa butter and I see a big difference by using pure 100% cocoa butter versus a palmers cocoa butter. 4Love this stuff Love this stuff. It is great for making your own body lotions or soaps. It smells like the best chocolate bar ever. This is a wonderful organic unrefined product. It is really hard, so you have to sort of scrape out the amount you want into a heatproof container to melt it when using in recipes. This is the real unadulterated stuff, not the thing you can buy in the drugstore. Highly recommend as a part of healthier, chemical free living. 5I loved the quality of this organic cocoa butter and the ... I bought this to make some cream to prevent stretch marks during my pregnancy. I used cocoa butter,Shea butter, coconut oil and vitamin E . I loved the quality of this organic cocoa butter and the smell is so yummy! I will definitely purchase again! (Btw, I applied the cream daily and didn't get any stretch marks) 5
