    Don't like the scent I usually buy Curel Itch Defense lotion.and.love it. Because I have very dry skin, I thought I would try this. It might work well, but I don't know, because I couldn't get past the smell. It has a weird, very unpleasant scent that might be a fruit extract, but I'm not sure. I use fragrance free products and am not used to them having much smell. I believe that.this option is also free of added fragrance, but there is some ingredient with a strong scent. 2Just The Best I am a physician and constantly washing my hands leading to dry chappy, cracked hands especially in winter. This is the only product I have tried that completely takes care of this problem. Can't see why it would not work for everyone. 5great body and hand lotion I live in a very very dry desert climate and i am 67, fair-skinned, i dry out easily. i can't afford expensive creams. i use a lot of body moisturizer , so i've had to search for something effective but not expensive. Curel's "ultra healing" is the best one i've found. i used it all over after my shower and it keeps me moisturized all day. i have something else i use for my face, however. but this is the best body lotion for the price. very good. curel makes a lot of different ones, this one is my favorite, "ultra healing" . 5Top 3 lotions I know of This CUREL Ultra Healing Lotions is in my Top 3 picks out of them all.I suffer from very dry skin ( Dermatitis ). I have to use medical ointments at times.... But when I don't have to use the medical prescription lotions , gels or cr mes......this is on of my top 3 favorites of them all.I have used many lotions --because my dry skin has been a issue for many years now.This is not the cheapest lotion in the world...but sometimes you have to pay to get the best.I certainly don't want overly sweet smells or gross feeling liquids in my hand--to then have to rub all over my body.....This has a nice light scent..over powering nothing....and feels great in your hand. Actually a sort of thick feel. I can put one pump between my hands and then divide it in two by clasping my hands together. Each hand will then cover a total arm or a total leg. It really goes a very long way for the money.The rough areas , the dry white areas , the scaly areas all go away. Dry after swimming or bath ? This will solve all of those issues.You can use it anywhere.The best money can buy !! 5BEST LOTION EVER. HANDS DOWN. AND BODY DOWN. ; ) This is the best lotion I have used to date and I have tried way too many lotions!!! It is thick, so moisturizes well and keeps you moisturized for days, if you need it. I find this company to be one of the best brands and for all year round skin care on my and my family's face and body, this is the best and the only one we use now. We have tried Cetaphil [the cream and that works well, but is not as thick as this, but mention it here because it is my second favorite]. I had also thought I found a $1/$1 store replacement for this in the form of Dermasil. However, I realized it's best for Summertime when your skin does not require as much moisturization. And, now I realize that it won't serve my purposes. Again, this is the BEST LOTION EVER. For all your skin needs. I use the same lotion for face and body. No need to use anything else. This might be too thick for some, so that might be the only drawback, but for us it's perfect! 5IT WORKS! AND FAST! I'm 66, have used top line treatments for decades. But in the last 5 months my face started to - well, sag - I read an article recommending these two products with similar ceramide complexes. They were available here, reasonably priced. It just couldn't work. But it DID. In 8 days my lines and skin tone have cleared, as well as my skin's comfort. And this is a LOTION, not a heavy cream. But honestly, this is what I'm using from now on. Why fix it if it's perfect?! 5The BEST Lotion! I LOVE this lotion. I was skeptical about buying lotion online without trying it first, but I'm so glad I did. My hands get so dry at work that they start turning red and peeling within a few hours, so I bought this lotion and a little desk humidifer. My hands were all dry and cracked and literally within minutes of using this lotion for the first time, my skin started healing up! They were back to normal by the end of the day. And it has a really pleasant scent that I can't place, but love! My coworkers keep stealing it so I'll probably have to get some more soon haha. My hands have never been so moisturized!! 5Formula has changed and now contains parabens. I used to love this lotion and heartily recommended it to everyone. However, the formula seems to be leaning more toward watery/gunky than in the past. This means I have to use more lotion and tolerate more residue for the same effect.However, the worst issue is that my last bottle purchased from Amazon had a different ingredient list from what is written in the description. My bottle shows two paraben ingredients when I hadn't expected any based on past purchases and the description. Looking at the picture now, I see that the photo of the bottle shows the (updated?) actual ingredients.Hopefully Amazon will correct the description soon, but in the meantime be sure to check the photo of the bottle for the real ingredient list of what you'll be receiving! If the idea of parabens in your lotion bothers you, look elsewhere.I have been using this lotion for two years, but I'll start looking for an alternative now. 2Hands down, best lotion for dry and flaky skin Have been using Curel Ultra Healing for many, many years - it is the absolute best lotion for very dry skin and eczema. Buying the large size here on Amazon is a great price value as well, so I am able to stock up.I have tried many other specialty, high end and problem specific lotions - but in the end, nothing seeps into my skin's layers and moisturizes as well as Ultra Healing. For me, it is best used first thing after a shower with skin still wet and it will keep my very dry and flaky skin well moisturized for over 24 hours. And it is not greasy, it is thick and creamy! Will keep buying this as long as Curel keeps making it:) 5A great multipurpose lotion I love the new Curel lotions, practically all kinds, but this is one the top 3. It was my go to until I discovered the new, more expensive Curel lotion for wet skin that actually works great with less. I still use this one though as I like it. I put this one on my face every morning and use it for my hands a lot too. If I am traveling and only have room for one bottle, this is the one that makes it as it works everywhere. This lotion was the first that allowed me to have reasonably comfortable skin (rather than flaking and itching/hurting dryness without greasiness that impacted my clothes and everything I touched. It is reasonably light but thick enough to work. It soaks in, and it has a neutral unoffensive smell. This stuff is a lifesaver, but so is the new dark green for wet skin. Try both! 5
