    Five Stars My new favorite foundation 5Great foundation for more dry skin! Love it! To preface I have been trying out some products that are not as high end as what I have been used to using. I've been feeling it's often a waste. Sooo, I decided to get this foundation after some research and I love it. I have dry skin and am middle aged. I don't have deep lines, but some laxity here and there, but nothing terrible. I have been using this for about 8 days or so after going to the store to purchase a darker shade to mix with the fair which is just a tad too light for my light to medium complexion with yellow/golden undertones. Keeps me hydrated and doesn't settle in to any of my few lax areas. I never powder and this stays luminous, but not damp on my skin. I can feel an ever so slight moist feeling if I touch my face, but not off putting nor like it is slipping around. I ended up getting Natural and use 3/4 fair mixed with 1/4th natural. When these run out I'll get the white to mix with Natural. Great price (not my usual $55.00 foundation) and really looks beautiful on the skin. Could build to a full coverage easily, but I like the decent medium coverage it gives with the first application. My co worker even commented if I was using a new foundation as she is very dry. She has purchased it here on Amazon as well and is loving it. Lastly, I've used a primer and also applied with no primer. I always use a primer, but do like this for work without and it lasts a full 9 hours on me and I work in healthcare and my days very busy and laborious! Don't think it would work well on an oily complexion. 5Great choice for pale ladies Bought this white foundation mixer to use with my L'Or al Pro Glow foundation in 202, which I didn't realize was too dark for me until months after I purchased it! (I usually apply foundation with a sponge, but upon first using a brush, which gives a heavier application, I saw just how dark it was.) It mixes wonderfully, and doesn't make my skin noticeably shinier than with my normal foundation. I have also used it as a part of a concoction including NYC Instant Matte BB cream, sunscreen, and some yellow cream and mineral powder (yes, both) color correctors for color, and it was fine.I love that the pump is pretty sensitive, making it easy to dispense a tiny amount of product. I usually need just two drops with my everyday foundation. The pump top can also be screwed on and off, allowing for product to be poured out into a separate container, or to be scooped out, once it's running low. The price of $7 is quite reasonable, especially considering that this bottle will last me a long time and can be used with a variety of foundations and concealers. 5Creamy Foundation - 5 starsWell folks, I'm gonna give you my honest opinion. I was so scared buying this because I have never bought foundation off the internet. But I watched Jasimine Mua on Facebook use this and I have to say, this is a really good foundation.1. Creamy and easy to apply. I used a foundation brush.2. Medium to Full coverage.3. Very pretty on my skin.4. Nice pump foundation.Hope this feedback helps.5Really great, dewy foundationI got this foundation because I ran out of my Makeup Forever Ultra HD foundation and I needed a cheaper alternative.This is an AMAZING dupe for the Makeup Forver HD! I love the color range and luckily I was able to get a correct match on my first try (I got shade Bronze). It's a pretty dewy foundation, which usually isn't my thing since I have fairly oily skin. But I find that as long as I put a good mattifying primer on beforehand me set it with powder, it gives me a really pretty satin finish.It looks awesome in HD photos (I wore it to take headshots for a show was in and it looked great; I'll attach a picture), and it doesn't have flashback at all.As for longevity, the first time I wore it, I put it on at around 8 in the morning and went to class all day, and didn't get home from a rehearsal until 8 that night and it stayed on ALL DAY. I did have to touch up with some transluscent powder two or three times that day, but it was hot out, so naturally I was a little sweaty. It has really nice buildae coverage. You can wear a little and have really light coverage, but still build it up to full coverage and never look cakey.It's a little tricky to find your color, but I'm including some other foundations that I own in my color to give an idea of the shade of this one. I love this stuff; just as good as high end and less than 1/3 of the price :)5A+, highly recommend! I highly recommend this product to all makeup lovers. I use this all of the time to mix with foundations or concealers that are too dark to get a perfect color match. It does not change the finish of whatever foundation I am using, just helps lighten it to better match me. It keeps the coverage and finish exactly as the foundation you are mixing it into. I will continue to repurchase and definitely recommend. I think it's sole purpose is for mixing, I don't imagine needing a pure white foundation. However, I haven't attempted to use it on its own so I don't know what type of coverage it would have by itself if you were doing a Halloween/costume look or something. 5I really wanted to like this product So i thought i'd submit a review for this new LA girl foundation since there isn't too much info available as yet.I bought this recently because the packaging was awesome and it excited me. Yeah.. impulse buy! Don't know what possessed me to buy an illuminating foundation when i have super oily skin. So anyway, i am somewhere smack in the middle of NC42 - 44. Can lean closer to either way, depending on the season. And the shade i picked was Bronze.The packaging is a classy plastic bottle that comes with a pump and a cover. Yay for hygiene! The bottle is double-walled, so you can't predict your shade by just looking at it. Please test it before buying! really!My first attempt scared me a little...it was sooo orange and seemed a bit too dark. And yes, it was super dewy. I set it with Palladio rice powder but i quickly became shiny...a greaseball really. It looked gross as the day went on. Was super bummed as i couldn't return or exchange it since i had bought it during a discounted clearance sale. Not that it was thattt cheap a discount too! But its the wastage that mostly bothers me. Besides i'm pretty sure the shades up and down were too light and too dark respectively.So anyway, I suffered with orange face through a whole work day, although i must say, it didn't look too bad in natural light.Second attempt....because i'm not a quitter! I tried it again. This time, i only used a teeny bit of my Benefit porefessional primer to dab on the cheeks where i have some scarring and nowhere else. I applied a lesser amount of the foundation and dabbed with my RT blender. It does spread easily and smoothly and i would say coverage is medium. This time i set it with my Ben Nye Neutral Set powder and the banana powder under the eye.This took away all the shine and gave it a matte finish that was beautiful. The powder also seemed to correct the orangeness of the foundation. I was actually really pleased with how smooth and flawless my skin looked! I will use it as a day to day foundation until i use up but i probably won't repurchase. Look at the cons for why!Pros:- Packaging is great. Looks on par with high end foundations with the exception of plastic instead of glass. Who cares?-Comes with a pump!-Will look great on dry-skinned ladies who want a bit of a glow-Can work for oily skinned ladies with a (very good) mattifying powder-Easy to blend and doesn't settle into pores-Applied with the RT sponge, there was no caking or creasing (I can imagine this happening if too much product is used though)-Gives a beautiful finish if you don't use too much-Lasts throughout an entire workday and doesn't oxidize.Cons-Shades lean a little too orange/red (at least the darker ones)-Not transfer proof (it even stained the wire of my earphones) - This is a deal breaker for me.-It has a fairly strong synthetic scent which I hate but it dissipates after application.-Cannot be used without a good mattifying powder for oily skinned people or you will look like a ball of grease right off the bat.-Might not work well with primers if you have oily skin 3Lighten your foundation. I use this to lighten my foundation, and it works great. Just mix a very small amount with your foundation. It gives us pale people more foundation options. 5Must have for all fair girls!!! So I'm super super fair, and saw they had a legit white foundation... I was like "what the hey, let's give it a try...." SOOO GLAD I DID!!!!!! While it's too white for my skin to be used alone; I mix it in to my Urban Decay All Nighter (which is NOTORIOUS for oxidizing on oily skin like mine!) and it works wonders!!! I don't have to worry about my foundation oxidizing and going orange on me and it looks amazing all day! I will for sure be repurchasing! 5Definitely for dry skin. I am pretty fair, but I have yellow/peach undertones in my skin. This is apparently pretty difficult to fathom, because most foundations are either too dark or too pink for my skin. After watching Tati on YouTube test out this product, I decided it may be worth the try! Well, I was wrong. I ordered the shade Fair, and it is more like a light/medium color than a fair shade. The undertones were spot on, though! I also wasn't a fan of how this foundation applied or settled. I have combo/dry skin, so I was hoping the luminosity would make my skin glow. After I spent 10 minutes trying to blend the shade, I set it with a setting powder and finished my face. It honestly looked like an oil slick 3 hours later, which is something that never happens. I would recommend this to those with EXTREMELY dry skin. I would also recommend purchasing the white shade, just in case. Plus white foundation is something that is handy to have on hand. This never irritated my skin or broke me out though, so that is a plus! Just be careful when ordering your shade! 3Five Stars The coverage of this white foundation was so good, I'm ordering this in my regular color. Highly recommend! 5Baby smooth skin Medium to full coverage. Satin to dewy finish. Lightweight as HELL, and lasts a good 7 hours which is nice for a cheap foundation that isn t matte. For me, this is a GREAT foundation! 5
