    Not Classic Ivory I ordered classic ivory. What I received was a bottle marked classic ivory but it was about 4 shades darker. I didn't pay much attention until I put it on my face. Not worth sending back so for this I'll shop elsewhere. 1Light Weight - natural appearance I have been using Visible lift serum for over a year now. I love it. It is light wieght and does not cake in pores or wrinkles. It gives a smooth appearance to the skin with out looking like your waring makeup. If you want a clean fresh natural look and you're aging (I'm 65) you'll love it. 5Love this foundation I really love this foundation. Covers so nicely and evenly. There's one thing that could add another star to my review and that's if the pump would work until it's gone. I usually have to open the container and do whatever I can to use the rest, which is a very large amount. 4Awesome foundation at a great price here on Amazon! I am almost 50 and have been using this for about three years. I hope they never discontinue this product! It goes on like a dream and stays fresh all day. Smooths out my complexion without being heavy, drying or greasy. Color options are wide and natural looking. Easy to control the amount of coverage you want.,My skin looks and feels better since using this product. Like others, my only complaint is the packaging. The pump stops pumping when there's about 1/3 of the product in the bottle. Other than one or two bottles, I've been able to twist off the gold cap on the bottles (not without effort!) to get to the unused product, but it's not ideal. Regardless, I love this foundation and will keep using it. And you can't beat the convenience and savings of Amazon's Subscribe and Save. I'm saving over $3 a bottle from what it costs at my local stores. Live Amazon! 5after applying L'Or al's Age Perfect Gold Serum and Cellular Renewal day cream I use it every day, after applying L'Or al's Age Perfect Gold Serum and Cellular Renewal day cream. I couldn't start my day without it. Irrespective of whether I am staying in or going out, seeing clients or not. Just need to look at myself in the mirror and be OK with what I see. I follow up with a touch of medium/dark compact powder to achieve a matte finish. What I particularly like about it is that it is not greasy but provides an excellent cover for blemishes, age spots, freckles, and does not look pasty once it's applied. I truly love it. 5Great quality anti-aging foundation This foundation works really well! I had previously bought the cover-girl/Olay foundation to help me out with some fine smile lines around my eyes and mouth, with very poor results, so I was hesitant to try another "age reversing" foundation. I'm really pleased with this though! I have combination skin, but it helps keep my t-zone matte and my cheeks from being too dry. It does seem to mask those unwanted newcomer lines, and it brightens my complexion overall. That being said, I bought the wrong shade, (AGAIN! ) honestly, they need to make a shade named Powder just for me lol! That's not their fault though. Price was great for the high quality, and it came fast. Will definitely be buying again! 4Best Buy! Beautiful! The only thing is when using any "pump" a lot is always left in the bottle which causes waste. I can't get the bottle open to get the rest each time. That's the only reason I gave it 4-stars, otherwise, it would be a 5-star product. However, the product is great and the delivery is always very fast. I have enough bottles used now to create a whole new bottle of makeup with the amount left within each finished pump-bottle. My husband said he could cut the tops off for me lol Maybe that will work out well. Anyway, it's the only product I like. There's nothing like l'Oreal makeup. 4Great Foundation, However, Poor Pump Applicator PerformanceThis is a two-part review, the foundation is excellent, but the frustrating pump applicator ruins the experience.For reference, I am in my mid-sixties with normal/dry skin, my complexion is between light and medium, and my skin tone coloration is warm . Although my skin tone is even, my skin texture has the fine lines of a mature woman for my age. At this stage of my life, my major concern regarding foundation is that I do not want it to sink into any lines or wrinkles in my face, which accentuates them and then makes me look older than I am already.Concerning this issue, this foundation is excellent; it applies smoothly without accentuating and sinking into the lines. I am very pleased with the honey beige color, it stays true, does not change to orange, and the foundation stays fresh all day without any need for a reapplication. The foundation is light and creamy, does not leave a caked-on look to ruin my appearance, and I receive the same great results both with and/or without an application of a facial primer.However, I have mixed feelings about the performance of the pump style bottle. I do prefer the pump to a screw-off cap, but this pump does not work well at the end, for the last portion. This is frustrating for two reasons, first this is a waste and secondly, when I left for an overnight trip, there was plenty of foundation left, but I was not able to get it out of the bottle.4You'll only get half of the product till you have break the top off & seal in a baggie. Total rip off! The pump stops working when there's at least half a bottle left. Had ordered 2 bottles. Tried second bottle & same thing. They sent me another bottle and guess what!!! Duh! I'll have to take the hammer to the top & put it in a sealable baggie. I even called the company about 2 years ago, as I like the product. The makeup foundation is just right for older skin. Doesn't look masky or get creasy as you see on so many older women. They NEED to fix the packaging. 1My new favorite... This foundation provides great coverage with minimal use of the product. The Ivory color is light enough to provide the perfect base for an ivory powder concealer and NYC Coney Island Glow Bronzing powder to finish the look and provide the natural glow that I love. I am 42 years old, so I also appreciate that it does not appear cakey or enhance the appearance of my fine lines!! 5Excellent Coverage for Middle Aged Skin In case of doubt order the two closest shades to what you think is correct for your complexion. I ordered "Classic Ivory" and "Nude Beige" and am happy with BOTH. The Classic Ivory is perfect for Winter when I am at my palest and the Nude Beige should suit me well in the Summer. I do not Tan my face but just naturally get a bit more color in the Summer.I am 56 years old and my Skin is "older" Skin. This L'Oreal Visible Lift is giving me wonderful coverage and does not accentuate pores or lines.I had just tried the "Revlon Color Stay" which for me was a nightmare. Flaky, not smooth AND made my Pores look larger. I don't have many large Pores so that was a highly unwelcome surprise.My Skin is mixed leaning toward the Dry side especially in this brutal New England Winter that we have been suffering through and the L'Oreal is giving good protection as well.I would like to mention that finding the right Primer is still one of my travails. I put the L'Oreal on top of "Revlon Photoready" Primer and do not think its a very good pairing. I now have the L'Oreal on without the Primer and it feel's and looks faaaaaaaaaaar better!So, my final words of advice in a nutshell.1. In case of doubt buy two shades2. Sometimes the Primer you use may create a conflict with a new base makeup that you are trying. So always try your base with and without Primer. 5Love the productLove the product, love the price, hate the bottle. The tube isn't long enough to reach the bottom of the bottle so there is always at least 1/4 of the makeup that you can't get out unless you take the bottle apart and find something to fit in there to scoop it out. I have written to L'Oreal and they just sent me a coupon to buy some more.4
