    Won t sharpen rightWon t stay sharp! I don t get it! Maybe I got a defective one or something I don t know but every time I try to sharpen it to move use it it just breaks no matter how many different sharpeners or techneaks I use it still just breaks so there is no way for me to use it1Keep it in the freezer and it will be good to goI works but the trick is I keep mine in the freezer. It goes on better and it sharpens a lot better by having it really cold. When it is warm it mucks up in the sharpener.4Not a twist up The eyeliner itself is great but the whole pencil idea is a fail. It has to be sharpened and unless you have the perfect sharpener, this eyeliner is useless. Whenever I sharpen it, it wastes more product than I even get to use. And then I'm sharpening again. You won't get a perfect point, ever. Even if you soften it, if you freeze it, or whatever. It still just waste the product in the sharpener. This should be made in an easy to use twist up application. 2Absolutely the best...At First Go This is the best eyeliner I've used. It glides on so smooth and it's truly dark black in which I love however, after the first application this pencil is totally pointless... Impossible to get a tip after sharpening! Ive shaved down half the pencil just to get the same result with the tip falling off! 1HorribleHorrible!!! Don't waste your money on this eyeliner!! It's not waterproof as advertised.1LOVE gel eyelinerLOVE gel eyeliner, but I'm too lazy for the pot/brush kind, so I've been experimenting with pencils. This went on almost too easily, it's tricky to get a slightly lighter line (I only use this on my upper & lower waterlines). It doesn't stay put as well as other brands I've tried, I have to wipe away smudges & touch it up throughout the day. I have had to sharpen it once so far though & it was MUCH easier than some other gel pencils I've tried (which are nearly impossible). I'll probably keep looking till I find something with better staying power (Maybelline's potted gel liner is pretty good).3Finally found one that works & IS dark blackI love ita bought 2 in August 2019 & still using the first one. Less than half left. If I make the line too thick, of course it will smudge in the crease from blinking. When sharpening, dont put pressure on pencil. Just put it in the sharpener & turn. It will let you know when its done. It lasts about 8 - 10 hrs. My skin is oily so if I rub the corners of my eyes, it will smudge some. PLUS I found one that truly gets real dark black like I want it too! I KUST LOVE IT!5Bad eyelinerWhen I first got this pencil it worked great, but when I tried to sharpen it the lead part would turn to mush and be unusable. So I tried freezing the pencil for ten minutes to firm it up, which helped and I was able to kind of make a point. Then it dried up and it no longer usable. Will not purchase this again.1THE Best Eyeliner Pemcil Out ThereBy far my favorite eyeliner ever! It stays on for the entire day, doesn t smudge, and is the perfect gel like pencil eyeliner. It s so much easier to control than the brush application gel eyeliner is out there.5I love the pencil BUT I have yet to find a ...I love the pencil BUT I have yet to find a sharpener that works with it. That's what makes it difficult to apply. Each time I sharpen (with the sharpener closest to the appropriate size), the point is miniscule and I have to guard against getting stuck by a pointy piece of wood. The fact that I put up with that is a testament to the pencil, but it would be great if it were sold WITH a pencil sharpener specific to to it.4Impossible to get a sharp point. Too soft. Not long lasting.This product is impossible to get to a fine point because it is so soft. I did try to sharpen with a sharpener, and by just twirling on a tissue, but the entire part of it that was showing just fell right off. I had to apply then use a Qtip to make the line thinner under my eye. Plus, this did not stay on more than a few hours. I threw it in the trash.1The Brown Color Didn't Travel...but the Black didI use gel liner on my upper waterline. I originally had a brown (copper?) color of this pencil and loved it. I didn't like that it had to be sharpened and could scratch my eye, but it stayed put and looked great. Unfortunately the black (onyx) color travels to my bottom waterline within 1-2 hours. I found a better black gel pencil that doesn't require sharpening and doesn't budge -- Integrate Gel Liner by Shiseido. In fact, I'd recommend it over the brown color as well since it doesn't require sharpening and doesn't have the possibility of scratching your eye. I bought mine in Japan, but you can buy it off Amazon, YesStyle or eBay.2
