Applies smoothly, lasts all day...I usually play it safe with eyeliners - black or dark grey - but decided to go a bit daring and try the turquoise. It looks great - it adds a touch of color without being too bright or overwhelming against my pale skin. It applies really smoothly, blends easily and so far lasts all day.Definitely a nice change from my usual routine.5DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE. The pencils themselves are fine and they do need to be sharpened but the seller and customer service is awful. I receive one of the pencils without the tip, which let's be honest it's probably 25% of the pencil and the seller just said "these things can occur during shipping.." so if you buy a product from them you can expect broken parts of it because they can occur...... I'm super upset about this and DO NOT recommend it to anybody. Save your money and buy one good pencil elsewhere.1Will not use again After using up 2 polished amethyst pencils by the same brand (electric purple), I gave a try to this one. It did not stay in place, went up all over the upper eyelid, like all other eye pencils do (except that amethyst). When it was time to remove it for the night, it was coming off in flakes and took twice as much work, coconut oil and cotton balls as for the other pencils. So It cost me 6 something dollars to try it once and discover that I will not use it again, it s going to be discarded. It s not the seller s fault, but the product is seriously wanting in quality. 1it's not bad as I still use it once or twice a ...I put it causes irritation only because my eyes are allergic to EVERYTHING. Otherwise, it's not bad as I still use it once or twice a week.Amazing gorgeous unique color and I just put a very thin line on my lash line on my upper lids. I get so many compliments on it and it does not smudge or smear, which is amazing as I have extremely oily skin. Just love this and the price is great.5Easy To ApplyYou know how hard some pencils are to apply? Well, this one is smooth and goes right where you put it. I see some reports on here that it doesn't stay put, but for me it lasts all day. Its not smudge proof, if you run your eyes, it goes too. But on the other side it comes off in the evening with little effort. I have hazel eyes and bought the glossy, which is a pretty green. If you can keep your hands away from your eyes this is a great product. Really showcases the eyes. Use a good pencil sharpener, I'm not having the issues others have had with that either.4Pretty Purple Eye LinerI really like the color of this eyeliner. It is not too bright of a purple but more so a very rich, pretty purple. I have used it a few times since I got it and it is really nice and vibrant on my eyes. I have brown eyes and love turquoise, purple, brown, green and black on my eyes. This one makes my eyes pop!5Goes on really well without pulling.It's really hard to find an eyeliner that's soft enough going on that it doesn't pull on your eyes or.....even worse....just doesn't go on except on your hand! This really works good. I line the inside of my lower lid and it really works good. I ordered emerald (I think). Anyway, the color is very nice. I'm fair complected so I can't use the really dark colors. When u see this color it just has a hint of color so it's not like you see EMERALD...just a hint if you look carefully. Very pleased.5Maybelline Proofs Itself Again.I've never gone wrong with Maybelline. This one has a nice creamy texture, it goes on smoothly and stays on all day. I was surprised at the longevity in the wear. It didn't feel like it was going to last when I put it on, but one application lasted me from 9am to 4pm. I bought it to apply to my lower lash line in order to look more alert and awake. As I am extremely pale it works well. All that being as it is Maybelline is a favorite for me when it comes to eye makeup regardless. I never have to worry about irritation or allergic reaction. They just make good products.5Great liner - lovely color. Especially great for green eyes. **It is soft - Toss in the freezer for a few mins pre sharpening **I love bronze/copper eyeliners. I am partial to Sephora's but when I saw the price of this I had to give it a try. I LOVE this product. It goes on so smoothly and doesn't pull or tug at my eye, and it stays ALL DAY LONG. It's stunning and great for daytime paired with a simple neutral shadow, and I use it along my bottom lashes when I'm going more dramatic evening look to make my eyes pop. It's beautiful and definitely worth the price.Like I said above - it's soft - but put it in the freezer for a bit prior to sharpening and voila - no problem.5Full of Drama Indeed!!!!I've been obsessed with gel eyeliner pencils lately, and did the a test. I tested the creaminess of this, the Loreal Silkissime, Pixi, Marc Jacobs Highliner and UD 24/7. Guess what?!! I'm absolutely surprised to see this liner win since it's a drugstore brand. It's super creamy, very pigmented and long lasting. It lasted about 8 hrs too on my waterline. I really thought UD would take the lead. I was wrong. I have medium skin color, and the emerald, teal & copper shades truly enhance my brown eyes.5... very soft and more can come off than you'd like. Once you figure that outYou need a light hand when applying because it's very soft and more can come off than you'd like. Once you figure that out, though, it's easy to apply. When you first put it on, it comes off very easily - so you can fix mistakes. But once it sets, it's actually much harder to get off and stays on very well!5brighter than I expected the color is much lighter (i.e. less plum more lavender) than I expected. When blended across under a layer of brown shadow it's fine but it's definitely more juvenile than I anticipated for professional day-to-day wear. 4
