    Its a girl like substance meaning not a lot of fall out meaning ...I've been waiting for these for a while l. I found out the grocery stores and drug stores stopped carrying these to make room for their palettes . Bottom line I'm glad they are not discontinued I baught 3 more different colors because I've saved the ones I've had before Bella sand Bella bronze and copper I still have charcoal grey and the turquoise blue which I'm saving because I feel no one will carry.Bottom line better pigment then Maybelline, L'Or al, and Covergirl and better staying power. I just wish their palettes where the same .Milani also has eyeshadow crayons that make them pop too if anyone knows where I can order those single it would be awesome5Looks great on brown skin Such a lovely color. The formula itself is lovely, highly pigmented, no fall out, last a good long time, blends great with other shadows or alone. Traditional eyeshadow is too powdery and gel is too smudgy but this is a nice in-between. So if you want a $20 rosy champagne color like benefits crease less cream eyeshadow then this one is a much easier on the wallet dupe. P.S - first swatch is benefits and second is the milani.5So pretty!I had this shadow a few years ago and absolutely loved it, but they no longer sell the individual eyeshadows at Target (or at least not at the one close to where I live), so when I came across it on Amazon and I was so excited! But when I received it and started using it I noticed that it was far less pigmented than the last one that I had. I don t know if Milani changed their formula or something, but I m definitely not getting the same color payoff as I did the last time I had this shadow.That being said, I still use it regularly. It s very buildable so I can definitely get it to the color and intensity that I want. Plus, the shade is so gorgeous, with the perfect amount of settle shimmer/sparkle. 4
