    Purpose products are a great buy!Purpose does it again! I have used Purpose Gentle Cleansing Wash for a long time but didn't know they had a moisturizing lotion with SPF. This works quite well for my skin. You don't have to use a lot. Goes on smooth and isn't greasy unless you apply a heavy coat... which you don't need. Protects my face and is affordable!!! Why keep spending a lot of money on high priced products when Purpose is just as good.5Moisturizer with SPF I am a regular user of this product ever since the dermatologist recommended it many years ago. It is difficult to find in stores. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that I failed to notice that this product has only 10spf, whereas the one I normally buy has 15. I'm still using it however. 4Purpose, quality and efficacity, affordable to everyone I have been using this product for years, it moisturizes very well, it is not greasy, it is gentle on the skin and it has no scent. I have sensitive skin and I am allergic to scent and I have never had a problem with Purpose. I have ran out on a couple of occasions, and bought something way more expensive that qualifies as scentless and gentle on the skin, as soon as I find more Purpose, I stop using the other moisturiser and start with Purpose again. Price wise it's a bargain and the quality is exceptional. 57 years and going strong!I've been using this product for 7 or more years. I can't remember exactly how long. My usual stores that I purchase this in haven't had it in stock, so to Amazon it was! The price here was better than brick and mortar stores, and of course not having to actually go into public to purchase it was a plus.The product itself is great! I have very sensitive skin, and the is non comedogenic and never clogs my pores or causes breakouts. I used to live in the Pacific Northwest, then we moved to Central Texas. This product has worked well in both climates. Non greasy and light to the touch. I appreciate not having to add another sunscreen for daily use, however I do still add another is spending a bit of time in the sun.5Great with exceptionsI love using this for my base before foundation. It's a little tiny bit tacky when you put it on so it's greeeaaat as a primer as well. The price is amazing. However I would not recommend to put it on at night, at first I did it and it was fine but then I noticed I was getting some tiny pimples one at a time. Also my boyfriend used this and got a rash all over his face, but he has very sensitive skin and now only uses water based moisturizers. I don't really remember what I thought about it, but I do know that I was much younger and my skin was much oilier. I know that now, it doesn't seem quite moisturizing for me. It feels a bit greasy when you first apply it, but it sinks in ok. I don't get why it is SPF 10. What is the point of that? That doesn't really seem like it's worth it, that's pretty low. I figured it's better than nothing, but probably not much. There is no discernible odor to it. I get no stinging or burning with it. But it's just not my favorite.3Still going strong after 14 yearsI have very sensitive and acne-prone skin. I started using this when I was 19, when my nurse practitioner told me that it's the moisturizer she used personally. Since then it's been the main component of my minimalist skin care routine. It moisturizes without causing breakouts, and makes my skin feel silky smooth and dewy. At 33 I'm regularly mistaken for being 25 and have almost no fine lines despite spending a LOT of time in the sun growing up - who knows if it's this moisturizer or just genetics, but thought I'd mention it!For others with sensitive skin who want to add a little more moisture, I've started using a hyaluronic acid serum prior to this moisturizer. I use Trader Joe's HA serum and add water to it in a 1:1 ratio so it's especially gentle. I dab it on, wait for it to dry, then liberally apply the Purpose lotion.5Great Moisturizer Best moisturizer I have ever used. It can be worn alone, or under makeup. Recommended by my dermatologist, it containes sunscreen. The cost of this product is very reasonable. You will not be disappointed! 5Good, non-acne causing sunscreen that is very user friendly.I have actually been using purpose face moisturizer for decades, it used to come in a square glass bottle. The spf has varied over the years. I recommend it for young skin, ie, teens, because it is light, non comedogenic, is not an "old lady" face moisturizer, has sun screen in it, which if you are using other acne treatments, some can make skin more sensitive to sun. It has been a consistently good product, and although often hard to find in less populated areas, is worth sticking with. I am not a person of color, so I can't speak to causing paleness or grayness to skin. It does rub in well, and so I would guess not, as some sunscreens can, but can't say for sure.5One of the best moisture lotions out thereI have worn this moisture lotion for many years, ever since I heard about it during a presentation by a dermatologist who recommended it. I believe it is every bit as good if not better than the high priced moisture lotions in department stores. I love the consistency of it that goes on smoothly and the fact that it does have protective sunscreen in it. I, like many others, was confused when I noticed the SPF 15 designation was no longer on the boxes and I searched for it, thinking the SPF 10 might be an older or different version. In reading some of the reviews by others, I now understand that maybe the lotion was always SPF 10 while the box said it was higher. While a little disappointed that I'm not going to get SPF 15 from this product, I will nevertheless continue to use it, because I believe in the quality and results of the product. I also love the fact that this lotion is unscented. I have never understood why most cosmetics, anti-perspirants, and lotions need to be so heavily fragranced - with each scent battling for supremacy. This lotion does not cause blemishes for most users and will help keep your facial skin smooth and supple if you use it under your makeup daily and avoid sun exposure. (I also use it on my neck .) Because it's getting hard to find in the stores, I will continue to buy it from Amazon.5Great for sensitive skinI love this because it moisturizes and doesn't cause a reaction on my sensitive skin. I have used this product for years. The only drawback is it is not good for protection against skin cancer. It does prevent burns, but not skin cancer. If you need protection for prevention of skin cancer, you need to add sun screen. But as a moisturizer it is great. I have rosacea and it does not bother it.5Great sunscreen for sensitive faces.I have very sensitive skin and cannot wear many sunscreen brands. However, this lotion with sunscreen is so light and gentle, I wear it everyday and have for years. I have never got a sunburn wearing this lotion, even while playing tennis. Thank goodness Amazon carries it because it can be 2-3 dollars more in local stores.5
