    Get Away These have not compared close to the original.First road test out let s just say ouch!!!Pulled badly, once you get it down I will admit that gets better.But still there. It takes forever to even see skin if the beard gets too long.Not impressed. Don t cheap out get the real deal. Trust. 1These cound Not have been new blades! These blades did not cut as well as the year old blades I was replacing! There is no way these were new blades! If they were they were not made up to a Norelco standard. I am returning them and am very disappointed in their performance! A dull knife would have shaved me closer!!! 1Product is unusable! These replacement blades will barely cut my beard. The blades tore at the bristles - and this was AFTER I had softened them with a hot washcloth - and I could not get a close shave no matter how I twisted and turned the razor, no matter how hard I pushed. I can't believe the poor quality of this product! It is unusable and a waste of money! 1Very dull! These blades came loose in a bag that was approximately 4" X 4" - it seemed odd at the time as I had expected them to be 'packaged.' After installing them into my razor I literally found them to be worse than the ones I had just removed. I didn't (and still haven't) read the fine print but I have to wonder if they aren't factory seconds or refurbished blades. That's the only thing that would make sense to me. I'm back now to order another set (from a different supplier), I'll just take a bit more time the second time around to make sure I know what I'm getting. 2Norelco improves with these blades Every year I have to replace my blades. This about half the cost. But when I installed them,my Norelco shaver became a very quiet shaver. That's a bonus and makes this a really great deal. 5Don't like the redesigned grills. I have mixed feelings on these. While it's nice to have new blades, the redesigned grill makes it feel like my old blades are still in. My original grill had a consistent design to it. The new ones have a 'combo' design which I don't think is as functional, they tend to 'grab'. I'll probably put the original grills back in instead. 3Secondary market is not necessarily bad In my opinion, since the shaver heads did not arrive in normal Phillips Norelco packing, they arrived in a a small baggy, I think they were knock offs . I allowed for the normal break-in... the replacement heads pulled whiskers and did not even give a better shave the shaver heads being replaced. 1Should have heeded prior reviews... Like others have said, these replacement blades were worse than the 2-year old blades that I replaced. I used them for about a month. I never got a close shave and my skin was irritated, plus it took twice as long to shave. The "new" blades pulled my hairs, left a stubble, and took a long time to do a poor job. I reinstalled my original used blades and shaved again. They quickly removed the stubble with no hair pulling. I re-ordered more expensive branded Norelco blades. 1do not buy.. My razor is a 7810XL. I searched for replacement heads and this is what it said fits. It fit but it sure does not shave. You have to go over and over your face to get anything cut off. I would say it is the wrong replacement heads since it is so bad, but I don't think it is. Do not buy these. Horrible. I have never had problems before when getting replacement heads. I just bought a new razor since these do not work. 1
