Very comfortable I have a very uncomfortable bathtub with virtually no room to lean your head back. I have tried other pillows with no luck. I was a little skeptical of the price of this pillow but I am very pleasantly surprised at how well it changed the comfort of my tub. The only thing I will say is the suction cups could be stronger but it is definitely not a deal breaker.
